Will you guarantee I make it back to my cruise ship on time?

Yes. Every itinerary is built around your ship's departure with a 90-minute buffer. If our vehicle fails for any reason within our control, we cover transfers to the next port at our own expense. Zero missed ships, ever.

How do I find my driver at Colombo cruise terminal?

Your driver meets you just outside the cruise terminal exit holding a name board with your name and ship. We have permitted access to the Colombo cruise terminal under Sri Lanka Ports Authority clearance.

Q.03

Do I need a Sri Lankan visa to come ashore?

Cruise passengers on a same-day shore call generally do not need a visa — your cruise line clears you at the terminal. For overnight calls (e.g. Silversea), the ship will advise. We can help if you have questions.

Q.04

How do I pay, and what currency?

No deposit at booking. Pay your driver at the end of the day in USD, EUR or LKR cash, or by Visa / Mastercard. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your ship arrives.

Can you accommodate wheelchairs or mobility limits?

Yes. We operate sedans, minivans and a small minibus. Tell us about wheelchairs, walking limits, or hearing accommodation when you book and we'll match the right vehicle and a slower-paced itinerary.

What about lunch — is it included?

Lunch is not included in the published price (every guest's taste differs), but every tour stops at a vetted local restaurant for an authentic Sri Lankan meal. Budget $8–15 per person. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options available.
